Last Minute Thanksgiving Dresses

Thanksgiving is one of those weird holidays where either everyone expects you to dress up in uncomfortable clothes and not complain about how uncomfortable you are, or no one expects you to dress up and it looks like any other night at your family's house.

Personally, I'm firmly in the dress up camp. So if you haven't got your Thanksgiving garb all planned, go with the easiest outfit! A dress is the answer, and I've included two picks that will give you the room of sweatpants but still make you look put together. That's the game, people. Cute and comfy. And all of these options are from Shopbop, which is great news if you have an Amazon Prime membership. They've partnered with Amazon so you can use Prime shipping, ie, it'll be here in time for the holiday.

1. The Festive Fit & Flare: This option is for those of you who have families who like to pretend they're eating on the set of Gossip Girl. You know, the dress to impress crowd. This would look super cute layered over a button up or under a leather jacket with some booties, though! (BB Dakota, $97, More dressy)

2. The Cozy Sweater Dress: My personal pick each year, the sweater dress is the perfect compromise between getting dressed and wearing pajamas. Throw this on over leggings and slouchy boots and you look like you care WAY more than you'll ever let on. (Madewell, $128. More Sweater Dresses)

3. The Trendy Plaid: I love this option for "Friendsgiving" situations. Just add tights. (re:named, $68, more plaid)

Any other dress lovers on Thanksgiving out there? I won't tell if you're more of the leggings and oversized Piko type. If none of these struck your fancy, you can shop all dresses on Shopbop here.

PS - This post was brought to you as a collaboration with Shopbop, which I think is awesome.
