A few weeks ago, I went to reach for my tweed jacket to match my outfit and discovered it was tiny. Like, baby clothes tiny. Honestly, it looks too small in this post from a few years ago but I've been going through a phase [my entire life] where tighter = fit. I'd often buy jackets far too small because they looked better around the waist, but then the shoulders and arms pulled so much it hurt to wear. My arms have gotten a little larger over the past few years and that baby tiny jacket didn't even make it past my elbows. Time to replace.
Enter :: this black and white number from Marshall's. On the same visit I found this blouse on clearance, I found this jacket on super sale in the proper size. Out went my old tiny piece, making room for this far more fabulous one.
