Little Rock Fashion Week :: Music Remix Experience

So, this was my first year attending Little Rock Fashion Week. Little Rock has always had a solid number of designers selling their stuff at various boutiques around town, and thanks to Project Runway's Korto Momolu, we really have popped up on the radar with some quirky southern style.

Tonight's event featured local music and fashion in a full-featured show.

Walking the runway tonight at Cornerstone Pub were original fashions by Osio Mita, a designer based here in Little Rock (the jumpsuit and fab yellow dress, my favorite of the night!) and Round 1 Fashions, a new boutique that just opened in Conway.

I kept trying to catch Sandra from Little Rock Big Style in the action, but she's kind of a ham so I got a lot of this.

Looking pasty but fabulous with Sandra and Elizabeth, some of the most fashionable gals I know.

Finally caught Sandra in the act as she photographed this fabulous jumpsuit from Round 1 by House of Deréon. Y'all know we love a jumpsuit.

Tonight was just the kick off to Little Rock Fashion Week! You can get the full schedule and still buy tickets to any of the events on their website.
