What I Wore :: Graduation shoes

Super excited for my little sister, who graduated from college this weekend. It's a tremendous accomplishment for anyone.

There she is rocking the cap and gown. She said I wore complimentary grad colors, which I didn't plan but seeing this picture, I quite agree. Grad gowns aren't exactly the most fabulous outfit, so I caught myself checking out everyone's shoes during the procession. I wore the most fabulous black and white pumps with my grad gown. I saw all sorts of fashionistas repping booties, studs, and wedges today. My sister was no exception.

Adorable chunky Mary Janes from Forever 21. Love it!

After graduation and a delicious Mexican celebration lunch, we took a shopping tour of OKC including this adorable little bookshop called Full Circle that had the most amazing nooks and crannies.

It's the kind of place that makes you want to find a great book, curl up in a corner or by a fire and just get lost. I was ready to toss my Kindle for good and go back to the pages after this trip.

Choosing a book for the road.

And a trip to the city in December isn't complete without a little holiday lighting.

A little rain didn't keep us from enjoying some of the most awesome drive-thru Christmas light displays I've seen. I'm a sucker for a little sparkle. What girl isn't? It's like a living Lite-Brite.

In case anyone was even paying attention to my outfit:
