We're so close to wine country, so we decided to take a bus tour to Napa for the day and check out a few wineries. I knew we'd be walking a lot, so I chose comfortable flats (or what I thought were comfortable, anyway) and went with light layers.
We toured Nicholson Ranch, Madonna Estate, and Sutter Home and had lunch in Yountville. We also may have ordered a case of wine from Madonna (all organic!). Wine country was beautiful and I really enjoyed the tour
. After the bus dropped us off downtown, we walked to Pier 39 and watched the sea lions (lol at the noises) and checked out all of funky shops on the pier. They had a lefty store! Any lefties out there that have grown up using right handed scissors like me can understand the beauty of that. We also ate mini donuts, which were awesome.
We opted out of a cable car ride because I wasn't interested in waiting an hour just to get on it, but a nice man offered to take our photo on an empty cart which was good enough for me. After that, we hopped in an Uber
car (seriously my favorite way to get around town now!) and did some shopping on Market Street, followed by a delicious burger at Zeitgeist
